Looks can be deceiving

The shoes look nice but the comfort level us extremely low

Poor Product Description

Items are NOT sneakers, but fully-lined boots. Incorrect description and not useful for my initial purchase. Now, I have to return them at a loss as I had to pay for shipping. Come on Macy's, let's thoroughly vet our copywriters before publishing product descriptions.
