Delivered Wrong

I had it coming to my POBX and the POBX Was on the box and instead U delivered it to my home which is a no no. when I put my pobx address on it for shipping address that where it needs to be delivered. I check my Acct and it as well had the POBX Address listed as my shipping address so there was no way it should've been delivered to my home address.
