Damaged item and wrong color

It says it’s white but it’s actually a cream color and it has a missing button, I ordered lots of things from Macys before but was disappointed in this one

HOW THIS HAPPENED

I am very disappointed because I've ordered months before christmas and I never received instead send me a pair of jeans I was thinking that the individual who works in my order saw the good deal that I get that better keep it for themselves because normally those who works in check and pack the order must know and see the product.

Nice design, just a bit thin.

A bit thinner than what I hoped for (you can faintly see the shirt you're wearing underneath this jacket). But it is such a cool design, my nephew loved it. Just wish it was a bit thicker. Not for cold weather or "brisk" cold weather.
