Happy customer with replaced flask under warranty

I have been a loyal member during about 8 years. They stand behind their brand and warranty. I travel a lot and my bottle has been with me everywhere. Eventually it started to leak and not keep things cool or hot. I was finally able to submit a claim I was given the option to email the request with photos for replacement instead of having to mail it. So happy with it and sorry every penny to stand by their name. Will stay loyal no matter what other brand is out there.

Hydro Flask bottles are great!

We have used Hydro flask bottles for almost 10 years. They are solid, leap, proof, insulated, and good looking. The dents and dings they earn on our adventures, only make them more attractive. Hydro Flask are at the top of the class.

Products are great, service is even better

I always love Hydroflask. I’ve got almost 20 bottles/cups in the house between me and my family members. We’ve been loyal for 15+ years since a friend who sold the bottles as a rep gave me one to try. I keep buying them. This bottle was a warranty replacement and Hydroflask made it super simple and quick. Yes, sometimes products aren’t perfect. From there, it’s the company that decides if the customer will be satisfied. In my case, I am. And I’ll tell others too that the investment in a bottle is protected because Hydroflask stands behind it. I’m a loyal customer.
