Excellent bottle, poor cap

The straw cap is functional but it’s clunky and leaky when open. Spits mist in my face. The bottle is excellent. The engraving was accurate. The blue glimmer finish is smooth like ceramic.

Didn't work well, but was replaced

I bought this product, filled it with ice and water and almost immediately the outside felt cold. Ice didn't last long. Hydroflask sent out a new one without questions. My other hydroflasks work great and will keep ice for days.
