Anti theft sill inside

I love my little purse..but why is the anti theft mechanism still inside? This is the 2nd time this had happened and I ordered both online..How do I get it out?

Beautiful clutch, sticky material! Returned.

I purchased this clutch in silver, but returned it. Beautiful clutch, lovely bow on top, fit my iphone 12 no problem, lipstick and tissue. Perfect size, eazy to carry. I returned it because the material is rough and it stuck to my dress! Too bad, because it was really pretty.
