They sent me a Shawl. Not my item!!!

I wanted these earmuffs in Ivory. That’s what I bought. But instead they sent me a shawl. I never ordered this. And customer service said my item is sold out now. I’m beyond upset. Now I have to go out of my way to return something I never even ordered. And I can’t even get my order corrected? This is So Upsetting!

Not recommended

Its soft. The stone design is beautiful but felt very tight. I have a tiny head, I usually buy sunglasses from kids section, but still felt this tighter.
