Ordered this clutch for a black tie event. It was final sale. When I received it had been sent back by a previous customer. Clasp was broken and taped to tag which had also been removed along with loose gems. The customer service at Capital City Macy’s manager was fantastic she saw immediately that I had received a returned clutch and was able to refund my purchase. She also recommended looking at other clutches suitable for formal event. I was able to purchase something else that day. I shop frequently at Macy’s and have always found them to have excellent customer service. A Happy Macys customer

This is a great jacket. Nice fabric with a good structure to it. So cute on! Runs on the bigger side. I sized down a size and I love how it fits.
