Really Macy’s?

Their warehouse workers really need some training. They sent me some very damaged merchandise and it’s noticeable through the packaging. What a disappointment!

INC card case

I called yo ask about my item but the associate said they did not have anymore of them and will refund me me. On the explanation it say refunded no need to return it keep my item. I have no idea why it says this because I never received the item.
