Love INC and their products but I had to remove both straps and buy the kind I like. I always carry my bag over my wrist and the black was too long and I dislike chains.

The Inconvenient Purse

I really like the looks of this purse, however, it is so inconvenient to use that I gave up after a week. The handle strap has to be just so to clasp it shut. The amount of items the purse can hold is pretty deceiving. Can only hold a phone, keys and wallet and a few little items or it won’t stay closed. Gave up after a few days carrying it.
