Shoulder strap kept falling off - outside zipper broke 2 weeks after return window ended still trying to return as defective

Versatile

Love the feel of the material. This purse can be used as a dressy purse as well as a casual purse. The zipper to expand the size of the purse is a plus as well as the ease of changing the shoulder length. I highly recommend this purse.

Cream Puff

Bought this as a gift. Absolutely beautiful! Bought it in white. Is a little larger than the other slightly less expensive Kolleene purses I’ve purchased in the past. Soft, smooth, with gold tone hardware. Super classy purse for summer. Can’t wait to give it. May have to buy myself one!

versatile practicality

I love the practicality of this design. It comes with two straps of different lengths. Each is removable, so you aren't fighting excess straps just to get into your purse. Like my favorite luggage, it has a zipper that lets you increase the width to give it greater capacity.

FAKE LEATHER AND HARDWARE LOOK CHEAP

I just opened my package today and must say I was very disappointed in the quality of this bag. The fake leather and lightweight gold hardware made this bag look cheap and unappealing. The hardware especially had no weight to it and doesn't even appear to be made of metal. The whole appeal of this bag for me was the gold hardware. I really wanted to like this bag because I needed one but unfortunately this wasn't for me.
