I ODERED THIS DRESS ON 7/8/25 VIA ON LINE AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT, I CONTACTED BOTH MACY'S AND UPS AND AS OF TODAY NO ANSWER ON WHERE THE ITEMS ARE. IT'S STATING VIA ON LINE THAT IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT

I love this sandals but I need it one size smaller and one that I received was stretched out, it looks like someone have them wear for a month. Unacceptable
