Best Customer Service Ever!!

Doris from the Jewelry Department went out of her way to help me and I appreciated her. I had to attend my best friend of 40 years funeral. With the weather being hot and humid, I needed a Black Straw Hat. I looked around the accessory area and could not find any hats as they had removed the stock. Doris came to my rescue and not only looked around the accessory area, she also went in the back and came out with boxes of hats. I bought the hat she chose and I received so many complements after the services. Doris did not know why I wanted the hat but went out of her way, and her area, to help me and I will always remember her and will stop by to see her on my next visit.

Fashion but..

It is a good quality and nice styled hat, however it is for small head, the circle length is too tight and short, wouldn’t cover my head comfortably. Too bad I would keep it otherwise.

INC Floppy Hat

Although the hat loos like it could be nice, it was packed in a bag, which gave it no support. Because of this, it arrived smashed, it has creases it in, and the embellishment is off and twisted. Not sure why it was so poorly packed. I am not sure if it will look the way it should, and the way I want it to look, so I should return it. Very disappointed
