Not Happy

I’m happy with the necklace itself. Good quality and definitely well made. It’s also not flimsy but heavy. NOT HAPPY with customer service on how they packaged this shipment. I want to attach pics but I don’t see that option. Let me describe by using a comparison. (If Macy’s wants pics…I have them. I am a Macy’s customer since I was a kid. My mom and relatives are all Foley’s then Macy’s customers. I rarely buy from Dillard’s. Yet two necklaces arrived from Dillard’s at the exact same time as my Macy’s order. The difference in care and respect for their customer’s purchase was glaring! Dillard’s put their necklaces in tissue paper, bubble wrap them THEN put them in a Dillard’s gift box and follow with Dillard’s shipping box with gift box wrap in brown paper. Now Macy threw the necklace in their shipping box with a receipt and you can hear it shaking inside before opening. Necklace FIVE STARS. Packaging threw it down to 3 stars. Disappointed in how item was handled.
