Attractive Summer Top

Since I live in Florida, this top is perfect for a night out to dinner. The material is rayon and spandex. It does fit slightly snug in the waist, which is probably due to the spandex being higher than usual, 8 percent. I just sized up. The sleeves with the ties are what attracted me to the top.
