Disappointed

The dress is so cute, but it runs very small. It says it’s lined, but only the top is lined, not the skirt. The fabric is woven so theres NO give whatsoever. Wrinkles easily and doesn’t hang nicely.

I wear a small to medium but INC brand fit small. I ordered a medium and it doesn't even goes over my head comfortably. my chest is smashed and I am not even big.
