Beautiful summer handbag

This bag is beautiful and well made. It’s the perfect size for me - enough space for my phone, keys, wallet and small cosmetic bag. There’s also a convenient zipper pouch inside. The pale yellow color is perfect for summer.

Liked the bag but the zipper was not sewn straight.

Disappointed on quality and service

I have received the purse that has a lots of wrinkles on zipper area due to the stitches and have called to replacement on 11th of March. The Macy's email says I will receive on 13th of March. Never came. Now it's 11 days passed and the replacement never came. Mean while I called 5 times. It took 5 calls, so many hours to get a refund/credit on credit card. I am very disappointed on Macy's online service.
