Broken zipper - NO RETURNS

I bought boots that I cannot wear due to a broken zipper. Brand new out of the box broken. Final sale, so no returns, I just wasted money on a “good sale” Disappointing and ridiculous!

too wide

I have pretty big calves but these were HUGE. They looked hideous on. would not recommend. I also did not like the double zipper look.

Boots were too small.I could not get them on. I would exchange if they had in size 14w. Definetly recomend to buy if they come in a size that fits.
