Extremely Disappointed – Ruined a Special Day

I am deeply disappointed with this vendor. We ordered a specific item well in advance for my daughter’s graduation—a once-in-a-lifetime event. Not only did they send the wrong item, but I was not even given an option to request for replacement. Because of their carelessness, my daughter was unable to wear what she had her heart set on for her graduation. It was heartbreaking to watch her excitement turn into disappointment on such an important day.

Ladies this necklace is Eye Candy!

Ladies this necklace looks good around your neckline. It has sparkle and is heavy that it will lay like you arrange it. Now the only issue I have is that it is long and if you don't mind that then get it. This necklace falls in between my boobs. I am Lil chested, 34A, so I had to shorten it a tad., but once I did It is Spectacular! Get if you got Sexy cleavage, Hope that Helps Looks way more than it cost🥰.

necklace did not come as advertised

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to make it look like the picture. It came as one long piece so unless someone at Macy's can help me, I will have to return it.
