Looks good from afar but cheap up close

I had ordered the bag online, because it looked really nice. Honestly, the bag looks really fancy from afar, and online, but cheap in person and up close. It’s a perfect small size to carry your wallet, phone, keys, and a few cosmetics, and fits closely under your arm. The shoulder strap feels sturdy and looks really nice. But the main part of the bag feels like leathery paper (very thin), and LOOKS very insubstantial. I wouldn’t be surprised if the shoulder strap was heavier than the main part of the bag. My bag was not perfectly sown, so it made the thinness of the bag look even more obvious because of the weird crease. Holding the bag, I felt like I was saying, “I really want to look fancy, but can’t afford to buy quality stuff.” The bag was definitely not worth the asking price. I returned the bag as soon as I picked up the order.
