Watercolor Floral Square Scarf package

I ordered two of the Watercolor Floral Square Scarfs and kept one. The second plastic bag that scarf was in was damaged and not new when received. It had already been opened and was reused. I am returning the second scarf. Also, the colors in scarf were not as brightly colorful as picture in advertisement.
