Pick up incomplete

Shoes were not at the Downey store for pickup. Box was opened and verified by associate that shoes were not in box. Associate called customer service to notify and we were told it would investigated and I will be notified in 10 days the results of dispute. Holding on phone with customer service in store with associate for 45 minutes for guidance. Very disappointed with customer service on phone.

Cute...but runs small!

These shoes are cute, but they are stiff from the beading. I like them because they are different. You can dress them up or wear with jeans. I ordered a size 8, which is always my size. They were too small and hurt my feet. Then I ordered the 8.5 and they fit like an 8, so I'm keeping that pair. I would definitely size up a 1/2 size to avoid having to return, like I did.

Cute shoes and I am a HUGE SHOE LOVER! I buy shoes constantly but never had a pair that run so narrow. I bought My normal size & could not get my foot into them. Sad to say but I will be returning them.

Shoes look great. They feel a little stiff, but maybe will loosen up as I wear them. Brenda the sales associate who helped me was great! She greeted me with a smile, grab my shoes for me, and when I was ready, she was ready to check me out.
