Super comfortable but stones fall off

I was SUPER excited for these shoes!!! They fit fabulously and I received so many compliments on them when I wore them at a wedding. However, I had to switch shoes only about 2 hours after wearing them- because the stones near the pointed toe fell off, and I didn't want to risk any more falling off. Is there any way to get replacement stones and instructions on how to stick them back on? Because I absolutely am requesting that because I would love to wear these shoes again, however I can't with the missing stones.

Received Used Shoes Instead of New

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The delivery was already delayed, and when the heels finally arrived, they were clearly used—showing visible signs of wear on the soles and inside the shoe. This is unacceptable for an item sold as new, especially from a reputable retailer like Macy’s. I did not purchase from a resale or thrift platform and did not expect pre-worn shoes. I am requesting a full refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

So Pretty and Comfortable, jewels pop right off..

These are so cute, the heel shape adds an extra element of stability. The short heel is also always my go to. I love the pointed toe, it has become my signature, so cute! My only complaint Is that I wore them one time and 2 jewels popped right off. Being such a bold and intricate shoe, I hoped it would be more durable than that. I also put a protective shoe spray on it to help fight against dust and air exposure. Whether that product works is debatable. Still cute, and I will still wear them! The shoes should come with some glue. They did provide two spare jewels but I doubt that is enough.

Very Cute Show

I bought these to wear to the Nutcracker. The shoe seems like it will be comfortable, perfect heel height (not a stiletto but not a kitten either), and I love design. The little spikes remind me of a Christian Louboutin style which I love. Overall happy with this purchase.
