The stones came off

I purchased the heels back in November and I try to wear them in this month and all the stones came off. Don’t spend your money in this heels.

Shouldn’t have purchased these shoes!

Loved them when I bought them but the rhinestones keep falling off! I haven’t even worn them yet. Walking around the house to break them in. Very disappointed since I bought them for my son’s wedding in March!

Used shoes

Good evening, When I opened the box, the sole of the shoes appears to have already been used. Additionally, the front of the right shoe has noticeable dots missing from the surface. I have attached photos for your reference. I am very disappointed with this order, as I expected new items in proper condition from Macy’s. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

No pain no gain

These are beautiful and perfect, but the toe box hits the top of my toes on my right foot, causing some pain. However, they're the look I want for a formal event, and I'll wear a blister tape.

Beautiful but defective.

The shoe is very beautiful, but unfortunately the quality is not acceptable. The left shoe is well made, with stones firmly attached, while the right shoe has a clear manufacturing defect. Without wearing them even once, the stones on the right shoe began falling off on their own. I also found loose stones inside the shoe, which is uncomfortable and shows poor quality control. This is clearly not due to wear, but a defect in manufacturing. Very disappointing experience.
