INC Ruffle Midi Skirt

Item is well made, love the fabric, I've bought it for myself as a birthday gift since Macy's was considered enough to send me a $10.00 birthday reward treat to be applied anywhere however associate at the time of purchase on 12/31/2025, she forgot to apply the birthday reward even though, it was mentioned to her twice. I'm seeking to return it if Macy's reps di not honor the error made.
