Received used product- AGAIN.

These shoes are adorable, but I’m extremely disappointed. This is the second time I’ve received a used and dirty pair. I’ll be returning them and won’t purchase again. They’re cute, but sending used shoes is unacceptable.

Cute Shoes BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MACYS

Love these little shoes. They are pretty comfortable and go with just about everything. Sadly, I purchased them in the store and when I saw them online for less I contacted Macys about getting a credit for the difference. They said they couldn't do it because I purchased them more than 10 days before....actually today is day 11. Unfortunately Macy's customer service will be what puts them under as a store.

Not worth it

I wanted to really like this shoe, but it just wasn’t comfortable. The plastic strap. was too tight. And the toe strap was too big.
