Worst dress I ever bought.

This dress is not as described, poor material, the side stitching is asymmetrical, left side sticks out. I have to be careful when buying from Macy as items like this is final sale and I am unable to return it. Will not be buying any final sale items.

I.N.C. Cold Shoulder Dress

I anticipated getting this lovely cotton dress, but was extremely disappointed. The dress is beautiful and well made but the sizes fit small. So if you are full busted, this dress is not going to fit.
