Bad zipper

I purchased this dress a couple of months ago. Upon my second time wearing the zipper opened and I was unable to zip it back down to take it off. Called customer service and they offered me discounted refund. Since it was more than 30 days since purchase date. Please beware. Macys don't stand behind their products even though I told the associate this was my second time wearing it. Very disappointed in customer service.

Gorgeous dress

Very nice dress and fits nice. Iwould recommend this dress. Runs clise to sizs but might fit tight on someone with large greast or waist.

Great dress for summer outings.

I am happy with this purchase. The pockets are a bonus. Had trouble with the zipper. After rubbing a bar of soap over the zipper, there were no issues.

Heburn Style but not quality

I love smocked dresses, always have. The photo of this dress makes it look amazing but the dress does not live up to its photogenic appeal. The fabric is very stiff and the smocking had very little give and will most likely not last long. As other reviewers have pointed out the zipper does not function well. I wanted to love it but ultimately sent it back.

Elegant Full flare

I bought this for myself last week and sent a picture of my first wear; then my 21 year old granddaughter wanted one in CT. My other girlfriend said it reminded her of Audrey Hepburn’s dress in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I felt like a million dollars in it at ballroom dancing!
