Great coat but runs small

I was having great expectations with the coat, more than anything after reading the reviews. Beautiful color, cut and material. Unfortunately the sleeves are too tight. Bought size medium as i normally order all my coats (my size for Sweaters is small). Found the sleeves not roomy enough to have a Sweaters underneath and be comfortable. Sadly will return.
