Tight in Bodice

Such a pretty print, and I am on the hunt for some nice cotton summer dresses. Unfortunately, this one did not fit well. It was way too tight in the bodice and hard to get on without a zipper. I am normally a Medium in INC tops and dresses, so this was surprising. It's also quite long. I'm 5'4", and it goes to the floor. I just wish it was a little shorter. At any rate, it is going back due to poor fit.
