Didn’t match my expectations of Macy’s.

When I tried them on, they were a bit big, so I returned them to Macy’s. I tried to exchange them, but the store closest to me didn’t have them. They told me that they could order the 10, but I’d have to pay for shipping. Since they were on sale for half of what I paid the first time, they would add a shipping charge. Most stores would order and not charge shipping when the store didn’t have the merchandise. I was buying other things, but it had to be $100 order. I told them to forget it. I exchanged the other pair that I purchased for the smaller size and paid for my items and left.
