Cute, neck strap needs to be longer.

I love the feel of the fabric. It fits a bit loose around the breast area. My biggest concern is the nodded tie around the neck it’s too tight (short) and you’re unable to make it longer. I would have returned the item, but it was a final sale.

never received my item

I never received my blk halter top to start a review. I love Macys however have had delivery l problems and talking to their customer service crew is so frustrating..so where to I go from here?
