Not thrilled

Dress not made well. The neck strap fell off. It was only holding on by a thread. I had to get the dressed altered anyway because I’m a bit short. My seamstress will sew the strap back on. Need the dress for an event. No time to order another one.

Ordered this Lovely gorgeous dress online. Received it today, one of the hook and eye is missing, dress smells musky ( used .) Will be returning.
