Item Not Received Todate

I ordered this item on Nov. 17, 2025 and until now (Nov. 27, 2025), have not received it yet. When I ordered it, it was indicated that it will arrive on Nov. 20, 2025. I am very frustrated because I was supposed to give it as a gift to someone dear to me this Thanksgiving Day! Tracking details is so vague that every time I look at it, there is only one line there and it does not tell me where the item is.

LOVE!

Super cute and very comfortable. It’s a soft material so there’s some give. Looking at the model in the pic it doesn’t look cinched at the waist where the button is. On me it’s cinched when I button it. It’s not like it’s pictured. I guess it’s what you prefer. If I went up a size the sleeves would have been too long. I wore it to work and received so many compliments. It’s going to be perfect for the holiday season. For reference I’m 168 pounds, 36AA and purchased a medium.
