Looks Can Be Deceiving!

I.N.C. missed the mark on this item. As an I.N.C. enthusiast for many years, While the design is inviting, it is disapointing to see the poor quality of this skirt. Not to mention how poorly it was packaged and delivered. It is all wrinkled and you cannot iron faux leather. Walmart sells better quality clothes, and we all know where they come from! I bought this for a Christmas gift but it will be returned.
