Buyer Beware

I ordered this coat and was so excited. I received shipment information and my card was charged. I kept checking the shipping updates, as anyone would, excited for my new coat. I realized it was being delivered via DoorDash and shockingly (sarcasm) never showed up. Delivery date was 1/22 and today is 1/27 with no updates. DoorDash doesn't even show as "picked up." I am outraged that Macy's would use DoorDash as a delivery service. Unacceptable. I had to jump through hoops to obtain a refund. When I inquired about the coat, I was informed it was out of stock and would be delivered soon. Why was I charged prior to shipment? The coat is not in stock! The response I received for a refund is as follows: "I’ve submitted your refund request to my internal team, and the credit will be processed after 11 days due to a delivery error. Once this period has passed, the refund will take an additional 10 business days to reflect in your account." So up to 21 days for a refund on a coat that never shipped, isn't in stock, and Macy's (a gigantic company) is using DoorDash for deliveries. Never again.

beautiful coat

This coat is absolutely beautiful. It is so soft, it feels real, with half the weight of a real fur coat. I'm 5'5 and 160, I got a medium and it fits perfectly. Everywhere I go, people love it! It is not itchy at all. A real show stopper!

Beautiful coat

Soft and luxurious. I’m looking forward to wearing it! The coat is long and is nearly down to my ankles. Perfect for the winter. It even has pockets.
