NOT HAPPY

The wrong item was ordered! I handed the sales person the exact top I wanted. It had a ticket attacked but I received the wrong top. With the delay, I then had to go back to the store & reorder the item. I have still not received the correct top. I purchased the top on March 11 & it is now March 19. NO TOP. Not normal from Macy’s… If paid my bill this late, you would charge me a fee…. But what recourse do I have for your mixup. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to vent.
