not the best quality for INC

I had higher expectations for this wrap dress. The material was not up to par and the fit, I was expecting it to be more shapely.

Wrap dress

The dress is very pretty. I love the way it fits. The true wrap fits well. I love that the skirt is lined. Top portion is not but it also not totally see through. Its a perfect dress for a weekend brunch, or if vacationing on a resort.
