I.N.C. International Concepts Printed Dress

Normally I only write good reviews, but this is a sizing issue. This dress is SO large that there is just NO excuse for the sizing description. I am 5'8" tall and weigh 163 pounds, so I ordered a Medium, which is normally what should fit fine. But this dress is too big on the shoulders, around the bust, waist and too long as well. Since I bought it on a closeout sale, Macy's won't do a return. In addition, I originally bought it in plenty of time to take it on an out-of-town trip, but the estimated shipping time was SO late that the package arrived after I left for my trip. This is not the first time Macy's shipping estimates have been incorrect. Suffice it to say, I am NOT a happy camper and will not be purchasing online from Macy's again.

Nice idea, bad execution.

This dress should be beautiful. The design is pretty, the fabric and fit are not. First, it runs really large so I would size down one size. It also runs very long. I am just under 5'6" and it is below my ankles. But, what actually makes me regret this purchase is the fabric. The fabric looks old and kind of dingy. If the fabric was more elevated, this dress could work. If I could return this dress, I would.
