NEVER RECEIVED THEM

I ordered these, and kept checking in to see when they were coming. The account page kept saying “shipping”, but then when I click on the tracking number, they have no record of it. Should’ve called Macy’s then, but I figured they’re still coming. A month later, still no boots. I check the account page, and the status magically changes to “delivered” and has the date listed as the DAY AFTER I ordered them. Since when does Macy’s deliver overnight y’all. They never came. I opened a claim, and Macy’s denied it. They said, it’s past 30 days so you can’t open a claim. Seriously!?? I was billed for these over a month ago. Trying to get them to take responsibility for this, and so far no response. So disappointing, I’m a Star card holder and have been a regular Macy’s shopper for 30+ years. I guess customers now have to babysit their orders because there’s no guarantee they’re coming. But Macy’s got my money. Customer service is not a priority anymore it seems

Boots

This fits really nice I'm usually a 9 but I have wide feet so the 9.5 fits perfect and I can wear thick socks. I don't have thick calves so it's a bit loose in the calf area for me. Still looks very sleek and classy. Overall these boots feel very comfy and the sole is rubber and has some traction on my laminate floors. I'm very satisfied especially for the price I paid. BTW these are black not the silver ones posted

One boot had a very obvious flaw on the top of the "foot". Returning. Otherwise, they were very cute
