Horrible service I feel scammed

I’m totally disappointed I ordered this and I received a shirt that look someone worn it already, the tags look like they were cut and then tied them up again, and is 2 different brands??? The label hanging and the label on the shirt are different brand, I ordered online because I can’t go to any store to the moment and I don’t not what I can do

Security tag left on item I received in the mail

The blouse was absolutely beautiful, but I had to return it for a smaller size because your medium size fit more like a large on me. It is way oversized.. and someone left the security tag on it. I received it in the mail and had to return for a smaller size, but the color and quality is beautiful.

Yellow Rhinestone Blouse

I like INC. clothing and they do run a little large. They have different colors that no other clothes line carries. They are unique and because they are unique you want to see all their items (which is alot).

Love the color!

Tried this on in store in my normal size MED and it was too big. They didn't have SM so I came home and ordered it. After reading online reviews I ordered both a SM and XS. The XS came today and it fits perfectly so they are truly cut 1-2 sizes larger. I have not worn an XS in years! It is a cute top, the color is a beautiful yellow and will go great over leggings. Hope it washes well with the rhinestones!
