Stuck not this time macys You sent wrong item

a TRICK Macy's uses, when they see SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH OF: They replaced with something I would NEVER WEAR: made for a very short person, and entirely UN-Stylish! It s bad enough that Macy's will not trade when one buys the wrong size: BE WARE, IF YOU ORDER something listed as FINAL SALE, because, these CHEAPSKATES, will not trade for the proper size: I did not ask to Return, but just to get the next smaller size for NOT ONE, BUT 2 JACKETS! They are of course, never wrong, but this time, they must admit: THEY RAN OUT AND SENT ME SOMETHING ELSE: SAME BRAND, AND THOUGHT I Would Not Notice? Tell that to your supposed-English-Speaking Supervisor!
