These are super cute, I need them for New Year’s Eve. I took out of the box and already 2 rhinestones were gone. I will need to touch them up with glue. I do not expect them all to stay on very long. However they are comfortable so I’m keeping them.

Customer Service Issue
I ordered these shoes on Friday February 13th. On Monday February 16 I got a message saying my package was delivered. I went downstairs there was no package. I called customer service and the very insolent agent kept cutting me off, while I asked her to track my package. Eventually she told me that she will not complete my complaint request because I am not listening to her. I ended up just reordering the shoes (using ship to store). It is rather sad when the convenience of online shopping becomes a source of frustration wasted money, time, and resources.
