Great Rain boots or just everyday boots

Incorrect merchandise in box

After months of unanswered emails must leave this negative review. I ordered a size 10, box said 10, but boot is a size 9. Local store advised nothing they could do since it was an online order. Truly disappointed Macy's. Won't allow me to add 3rd picture.

Horrible Experience

I never got the boots, ordered them twice. The worst experience ever, a complete and utter customer service nightmare. Will never shop at Macy's again. If I could've rated "zero" I would have.
