Design of the shoes

Material of the shoes is not very flexible which makes it uncomfortable at the front of your legs. The design of the heels make these shoes very unstable on smooth surfaces and you need to walk carefully.

NYC BOUND-DATE NIGHT

First off I would like to say that I have been a customer of INC for quite a while. As an educator for 25 years I find INC exceptionally comfortable. My boot purchase was done so to wear for date night with my husband. The plans for night were to travel to the city by taking the LIRR then the MTA train for a comedy show at Radio City Music Hall. The amount of walking that was required did not yield positive results for my feet. The size of the boot purchased was acceptable however, the design of the boot, I believe the pointed toe was not conducive to a night out in the city. I’m not sure if I will wear these boots again as a result of the discomfort I endured . I wish I were able to return, exchange or receive a credit for them.

I hated it but someone else liked it

The top of the boot is way too wide and ill fitting. The boots material looks very cheap and dull. I was going to return it but I gave it away.
