Inc surplus top

Love these surplus blouses, I get so many compliments wearing them! Always different colors to buy! Great fit! I usually sew the crossover together because the little hook and eye comes undone.

Almost perfect!

I bought this in the plum/purple color and it is very elegant! Love the color, very rich. Would have gotten 5 stars, but I am not a fan of the hook-eye closure holding the blouse closed. It is plenty large enough that it could be sewn together for a much more secure fit.

Sleeves are way too long. I have long arms and never a problem. The blouse had pretty material but was “off” overall,”!

Unusually cheap looking

Usually love the quality of INC brand clothing, however this blouse was cheaply made. Doesn’t hang nicely when on and doesn’t wash well either.
