Running small

I pay extra for expedited shipping which is 2-3 business days, I was planning to wear on party, but I received late .I think I have to stop shopping from Macys, because two of five orders has stocking and shipping problem, Plus it was running very tight. I am wearing size 18 and sizing not right.
