Pictured with a frame...delivered without one

This picture looked beautiful and I thought it would fit perfectly in my family room. It came without having a frame--just a canvas wrapped around boards and stapled in the back....I was very disappointed with the quality of the print and the lack of the frame which added depth to the print.
