Surprisingly Poor Quality

I watched this item for months for it to go on sale and pounced on it when it finally did. My disappointment at the very poor quality when I received it, I cannot fully express. It is not even worth the sale price. The tie at the front does not even adjust the waist, rather it is tethered by a thread so thin my eyelash could sever it and it is there only for show. If you still decide to venture down this scary road, size down as it runs large. Obviously returning it.
