Too long for a shorter person

Great Dress for a taller person. I am 5'3" and the dress came below my knees which made the dress look frumpy

Not Properly Sized

I thought the dress was really cute and the price was right so why not? I'm 5'1" & 110 lbs. I ordered XS. Very big XS!!!! So I hoped it would shrink in the washer. Wrong. Oh well. Very comfy!
