Order canceled before the time allocated for picku

This was a frustrating negative experience for online ordering. I got an email notification on 10/9 that my order was ready to pick up by 10/16. 10/10 I got an email saying order was canceled because it was not picked up.

Different Color

The style, quality, and value of this item is great. But the actual color is totally different than shown in the photo. The photo color is a deep green and the color I got was a light, almost olive green. Very disappointing.
